Bio

Ashley Ann grew up in Rockford, Illinois. An avid book enthusiast, she spent her early life surrounded by books and on far away adventures. At an early age, Ashley would carry around a notebook filled with short stories written in an array of colorful pens.  Ashley wrote her first 'novel' at thirteen. The dreadful creation fulfilled her desire to become an author. Through family support, Ashley continued to spend the next few decades finding new stories and honing her craft. 

Ashley graduated from Illinois State and Northern Illinois University with a degree in Anthropology. The degree fueled her desire to see the world while becoming the next Indiana Jones.  Ashley spent a limited time in far off countries before hanging her fedora and wrapping her whip before beginning a career in the dusty archives of a museum.  During the day, Ashley spent her time with old artifacts, learning about the unique objects left by those who came before us. Her nights and weekends were spent writing . 

In 2021, Ashley released her first book Sealing Her Fate.

​When not writing, Ashley enjoys binge reading whole series or letting Netflix judge her for watching an entire season in one sitting. She enjoys traveling and exploring new cities.  Ashley lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and their cat overlords.
